The free version of this product screws up roughly every 12 purchases and gives free shipping to orders that do not have free shipping options turned on. I like the idea of the plugin so I decided to try the premium version hoping it wouldn't have this bug. After taking my money, the company didn't give me a download link as promised. Not even a confirmation email. I tried logging into their system to see if there was a download section for customers and the system tells me the email I just used to purchase isn't in their system. I double checked that the correct email was used, and it was.
I then reached out to their Facebook page who didn't bother apologizing but directed me to their "support forum" for help. The company's website doesn't have a support forum. They have a support ticket system but you can't access it unless you're logged into the system which, once again, tells me I don't have a valid account to log into.
Based on my interaction with the company and their lack of a working website, i can only conclude that they are running a scam. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal today.
