2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Activate and customize the Widget in the Widget Section.

How can i make my own Style ?

Just make your own css file or copy the default one and change it. Then register your style with wow by calling <?php wowrecrut_add_style("name", "path_to_css_file", icon size in px); ?> in your themes function.php or anywhere else.
