You can find Profile Setting and Customize option below plugin list after installation.

Upload the WP Author Profile Widget plugin, Activate it, Update your Profile then go to the admin menu-> Appearence-> Widget-> WP Author Profile Widget Drag & drop on sidebar Widget.

This is a handy little widget! I recently had some of my content stolen for use on a paid download site, so I've been trying to make sure people understand a human being wrote these articles. This is perfect for that. Thank you!
