To install this plugin follow below steps

  1. Upload the plugin files to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Change Show Messages Settings from ‘Settings’ -> ‘Wp Disabler’ screen(optional)
  4. Please do clear or purge website cache(if any).
  5. That’s it, no other settings needed.

Owao, great Disabler options. I suggest you to disabler admin toolbar for the options, however. And adding a radio button to choose between ip address disable, rather than simply warning that it'll break if you do both.
