Great platform
By Webreact (HoltesDesign) on June 29, 2026
2–3 years ago, we migrated from ManageWP to WP Umbrella, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. We're more than happy with the platform. It's stable, packed with useful features, and the support team is fantastic, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!
Service and Support All In One Fantastic Package!
By Kevin Pirnie (kevp75) on June 26, 2026
Never mind the fact that the service itself it top-notch, and covers everything I ever needed in a service like this, their support team is always incredibly helpful!
Much appreciated to all involved!
So Close to Being Great
By 3yq9nfgnvh on May 13, 2026
It's pretty good. The interface is very nice, but it's missing some crucial features that competitors have. Additionally, the roadmap/feedback page has lots of stuff that they say is "upcoming" or "coming soon" and it's been years since they posted that and there has been no movement. The service is so close to being the best bulk management service but it's just not quite there yet.
Cool tool

Great tool for managing your site's status and monitoring current critical issues.
Excellent plugin!
By Pierre_02 on May 9, 2026
This plugin is simply excellent and fulfills all the necessary functions for truly professional maintenance.
The roadmap is clear and detailed, consistently announcing great improvements, and the feature request list is very active, allowing us to see fantastic enhancements appear in our interface as requests are received!
And what can I say about the support? 🙂 Top-notch, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Aurelio, Boris, Doroteja, Philipp, Alex, and Thomas (apologies if I've forgotten anyone) are always there to help us with any issues.
A well-deserved five stars.

Service au top !
By eric2b on April 17, 2026
Outre la qualité des services proposés (management, sécurité, monitoring, backup…), j'ai pu apprécier la très grande réactivité et la qualité du support technique. Je recommande !
Highly recommended!
By Jan-Hinrich Fehlis (janjime) on April 16, 2026
I manage several WordPress sites for clients across different industries, and WP Umbrella has become the backbone of my maintenance workflow. What I appreciate most is how much it handles in one place – GDPR-compliant automated backups, WordPress core, plugin and theme updates, uptime monitoring, white-label reports, and more. The team ships updates regularly and keeps adding new features.
The pricing feels fair for freelancers and small agencies, especially compared to bigger tools in the same space – you're not paying enterprise rates for a sensible feature set.
Support is solid too: a quick AI chat for the first line, with real humans stepping in when needed.
Highly recommended if you're looking after more than a handful of WordPress sites.
Top-notch support!

We migrated from BV to WPU and have no regrets. The development team is extremely dynamic and the support is very responsive. To top it all off, the UI is pleasant, clear, and intuitive.
Changelog
2.25.0 (07-07-2026)
- Added: security hardening options you can enable per site from the dashboard: hide the WordPress version, block user enumeration, mask login error details, disable the file editor, and add recommended security headers.
- Fixed: updates for some premium plugins could fail silently even with a valid license; they now install reliably.
- Fixed: reconnecting an already-paired site no longer creates a duplicate in your dashboard.
