Installation

Upload the wp-inline-js-converter folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

No effect on website speed

I installed this out of curiosity. I have no other cache plugins or anything, and the site is hardly fast, so I was interested to see if this made any difference. Firstly, once installed, the options available are ALL enabled by default, and are described as being 'typically safe' to use—kind of a funny thing to say. I looked around for other 'advanced' settings available that provided more aggressive approaches 'not necessarily safe to use' but there are none. So you get some that are 'typically safe' and they are all enabled. Anyway, after all that, I ran some tests, and the plugin does absolutely nothing. So I uninstalled it.
