Introduction

Mautic is an open-source marketing automation software and WP Mautic Form Integrator plugin is a bridge between Mautic’s back-end interface and many of the most frequently used form builder plugins in WordPress.

WP Mautic Form Integrator will allow you to use the form builder plugin you are already using to collect email data and other information for Mautic’s marketing automation. Without writing a single line of code you can bring your email lists into one of the most comprehensive open-source marketing applications available.

With WP Mautic Form Integrator plugin you are able to map the form fields of your chosen form builder plugin with the fields defined within Mautic. To use, just install the WP Mautic Form Integrator plugin, set up the value you wish to collect, connect them with the pre-existing Mautic values, and you will be ready to integrate the forms in no time.

Automatic Installation

  3. Activate WP Mautic Form Integrator from your Plugins page.

  2. Upload the wp-mautic-form-integrator directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp)

Unreliable, unsupported. May 2019

Plugin worked once but broke after a week - the Add New page fails to load. I had a working install using Mautic+WP Mautic Form Integrator+Ninjaforms (free version). No special settings needed.
  • Mautic API OAuth2 created.
  • Added Mautic base URI supplied by plugin into Mautic's API settings.
  • DELETE THE APP CACHE: yourinstallpath/mautic/app/cache
  • Go back to the plugin and refresh.
Tested form with Name, Email, opt-in checkbox; URL redirect. Landing page submits data to Mautic then redirects as expected.

Abandoned and broken on current Mautic

What the title says. Sorry to seem this previously great plugin now abandonded and unsupported. The plug-in doesn't work anymore on Mautic and the author doesn't seem to care.

Broken with newest version of Mautic

Used to work just fine, but the plug-in is confirmed broken with the newest Mautic (at least with Contact Form 7). No tracking happening with forms used with this. And the developer is not answering any support threads for months, so the project seems abandoned. A shame, this used to be a 5-star plugin 🙁

Obstacles getting it to work but it works perfectly now

Had some issues with Oath 1, each character needs to show exactly as installation (no space or /). Make sure you follow instructions to the last detail. Integration could be better but once it worked, it works on the background without issues. Please keep developing this plugin, it is a great solution.

After overcoming some issues, it worked very well!

I had some difficulties following the documentation instructions and using OAuth1 After reading some forum topics, I found the solution using auth2 and the plugin started working perfectly. I hope it develops more. One suggestion is to include the possibility of duplicating an integration. This saves work when you have too many forms to integrate.

Ninja Forms and Mautic

Initially had problems connecting to the Mautic Api thru the plugin

Even After entering all the settings.
Base Url, Public Key, Secret Key etc

It refused to add a new integration.
Just shows a blank screen with no options.

The problem turned out to be a simple "/" after the base Mautic Base URL.
after removing the extra "/"
its seems to be working fine.

Still not fully tested it though!(so the 4 star)
But really pleased that there is a plugin to integrate Ninja forms and Mautic

I am very surprised no one has reviewed this plugin yet. What a hidden gem!!!

I am using this plugin with Gravity Forms and Mautic and it works flawlessly. Once you setup the OAuth “code” and “token”, it is smooth sailing. New forms are a snap to setup (Auto looks up field names from Gravity Forms and Mautic for mapping).
