WP Nice Loader allows you control over page preloader, font size, themes and much more.

A few notes about the plugin:

You can easily create nice page loaders with one click
Control over the title, subtitle and loader logo
Change text colors
13 loaders themes (9 of them based on spinkit by @tobiasahlin – DEMO )

Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-nice-loader directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the Settings->WP Nice Loader screen to configure the plugin

The plugin does not work and support has no response. I have disabled it.
