Installation steps

  1. You need to install the free “wp sheet editor” plugin to be able to use this plugin
  2. YOAST SEO plugin must be active
  3. Done. Now you will see the SEO columns on the spreadsheet automatically.

What is WP Sheet Editor

WP Sheet Editor is a free plugin that allows you to bulk edit WordPress posts, pages, and WooCommerce products using a spreadsheet.

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type WP Sheet Editor and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our plugin you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation

The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your webserver via your favourite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.

The other reviewers are right -- despite claims by the author, you can't edit SEO yoast items in woocommerce without buying the pro version which requires an annual subscription of $30.

I installed it to discover I needed the pro version to modify the meta description of my posts. Anyways, I have been unable to make it work with users.

Need PRO version for editing SEO title, description and keywords

Unfortunately, this plugin does not what it says. The SEO title, description and keyword columns are locked with a lock icon and refer to the PRO version. While this plugin promises these fields are editable with the free version. It's no problem that a PRO version is needed (I understand programmers need to be paid as well). But please do not false advertise with free functionality that isn't there and doesn't work. If this will be solved, the review will be edited. Save yourself some time if you want to make free use of it.
