You can make addon to use Addon Template.
You can use JSON REST API Endpoint. Require plugin JSON REST API

REST API doesn't work anymore

This plugin should not be installed, it's outdated.
Plus, api endpoints are not working, and format for related in /posts/POST_ID REST api endpoint is not using a consistent format for when related are not present.
