WP Theme Test

Description

The theme can be changed and displayed to only logged in users.

The visitors of the website see your old theme while you are testing the new one.

Only the administrator of the WordPress site sees the new theme that can now be tested safely.

You can also use this plugin instead of “Theme Test Drive” plugin.

Installation

Upload the entire theme-test-admin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
The control panel of WP Theme Test is in ‘Appearance > WP Theme Test’.

Threw off main theme look!

Great idea but I lost my original look on my main theme. Now I have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what happened while trying out your plugin!

Threw two big PHP notices

I have xdebug installed. There are two big Notices.

Gives the following error message: Notice: register_uninstall_hook was called incorrectly. Only a static class method or function can be used in an uninstall hook. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 4161 Easy enough to fix. Would be nice if it could be fixed to next update.

Exactly what it should do. I was surprised that it enabled features from the new test theme function.php and support for page template with out having to activate the theme site wide. Really great!
