WooCommerce Quickbooks integration Setup

Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> QuickBooks tab then add new account.
Go to WooCommerce -> QuickBooks Feeds tab then create new feed.
Map required QuickBooks fields to WooCommerce Order fields.
Open any Woocommerce Order then click “Send to QuickBooks” button.
Go to WooCommerce -> QuickBooks Logs and verify, if entry was sent to QuickBooks.

Connect QuickBooks Account

You can connect QuickBooks Account by Oauth 2.0. Also you can connect multiple QuickBooks accounts.

Fields Mapping

Simply Select QuickBooks Object(Estimate,Invoice,Customer,SalesReceipt,payment etc) then map WooCommerce Order fields to QuickBooks Online Object fields.

Export Event

Choose event, when WooCommerce Order data should be sent to QuickBooks. For example , send WooCommerce Order to QuickBooks when Order Status changes to “processing”.

Primary Key

Instead of creating new Object(Estimate,Invoice,Customer,SalesReceipt,payment etc) in quickbooks, you can update old object by setting Primary Key field.

Error Reporting

If there is an error while sending data to QuickBooks Online, an email containing the error details will be sent to the specified email address.

CRM Logs

Plugin saves detailed log of each entry whether sent or not sent to to QuickBooks and easily resend an entry to QuickBooks Online.

Filter Orders

By default all orders are sent to QuickBooks, but you can apply filters & setup rules to limit the orders sent to QuickBooks. For example sending Orders from specific city to QuickBooks.

Great product and flexible

This add-on to woocommerce works great with Quickbooks. It has clear instructions, provides easy steps to get up and running but also has the flexibility to adapt to your environments. Customer data, inventory items and orders (with taxes) are easily created in Quickbooks. I would strongly recommend this product. As we are a not-for-profit company, cost is quite acceptable as well.

Thank you guys for such an excellent plugin!. If you run an online business you probably also have an accountant to keep happy. This plugin has already saved me a great deal of work everyday, by seamlessly passing the sales, products and customer information from my site to my online quickbooks account. It makes book keeping for your online sales easy and intuitive. The level of support offered is massive and I am really thankful to these guys for helping me to get everything configured properly. If you're familiar with Quickbooks and Woocommerce then you'll most likely have this set up and working in minutes by yourself. I stupidly was learning QB, WooC and this plugin at once, but no worries as the developers gave me all of the help I needed to set it all up. Highly Recommended

Initial installation and easy and nicely guided. I had a small hiccup to pass the invoice data and seeked their help (I am using the free support) and the reverted back very fast with a solution that worked straight. If you can new and not knowledgeable with php codes, you should have no issue using this plugin at all.

Lost a star because documentation is sparse and UI could be more user-friendly, but after a little head-scratching and trial and error, got it working. Given the expense of similar plugins ($450/year? oof!) I'm surprised this free version of the plugin doesn't have more downloads.
