WPC Add Product to Order is a powerful time-saving tool designed specifically for WooCommerce store administrators and managers.

It introduces an “Add to Order” button right next to the standard “Add to Cart” button on every single product page. When an administrator clicks this button, a popup modal appears allowing them to instantly search for an existing order by ID, email, or customer name.

Administrators can then review a quick summary of the selected order (including its current status, customer details, and existing items) and seamlessly add the viewed product directly into that order.

The plugin intelligently handles complex products by capturing the exact selected variations, attributes, and quantities straight from the frontend product form, ensuring that the correct data is always added to the order. It also automatically triggers WooCommerce to recalculate order totals and taxes after the item is added.

Who can see the “Add to Order” button?

Only logged-in users with the edit_shop_orders capability (typically Administrators and Shop Managers) can see the button and use the feature. Regular customers will not see it.

Does it support variable products?

Yes. You must select your desired variations and options on the product page first. When you click “Add to Order”, the plugin safely captures those exact selections and adds that specific variation to the order.

Will it update the order total?

Yes. Once the product is added, the plugin triggers WooCommerce to calculate totals again, ensuring the final cost is accurate.
