WPC Order Test provides a dedicated payment gateway designed specifically for WooCommerce site administrators. It allows you to quickly and easily place test orders to verify your checkout process, email notifications, and order processing logic without having to make actual payments.

Once the “WPC Order Test” payment method is selected during checkout, the order will be automatically marked as “Completed,” streamlining your testing workflow.

  1. Upload the wpc-order-test folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
  4. Enable the “WPC Order Test” gateway and configure its settings (Title, Description, Instructions).
  5. Save changes.
Why is the WPC Order Test payment method not showing up for my customers?

This plugin is intentionally designed to be available only for site administrators. This prevents real customers from checking out without paying.

Does this plugin process real payments?

No, it completely bypasses any real payment processing and simply marks the order as paid and completed in WooCommerce.
