WPTrivo Gift Cards Lite enables store owners to sell digital gift cards in their WooCommerce stores.
Customers can buy a gift card, select from customizable templates, schedule delivery for a future date, and send it directly to a recipient’s email.

Features:

  • Create WooCommerce products as gift cards.
  • Multiple gift card templates for customers to choose from.
  • Option to use all active templates or restrict to selected templates.
  • Delivery scheduling with date picker (recipient receives email on chosen date).
  • Simple and lightweight – works out of the box.
  • Fully translatable and WPML compatible.

This is the Lite version. For more advanced features (custom amounts, PDF gift cards, reminders, custom messages, etc.), upgrade to the Pro version.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/wptrivo-gift-cards-lite/ directory, or install directly through WordPress.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
  3. Go to Products Add New and create a WooCommerce product or you can edit the existing products.
  4. In the product type section, select Gift Card and configure:
    • Select templates
    • Price type selection
    • Use all active templates (optional)
  5. Publish your product and start selling gift cards!

Can I limit which templates are available for a gift card product?

Yes. You can either select specific templates per product or allow all active templates.

Can customers schedule delivery of the gift card?

Yes. Customers can select a future delivery date using the built-in datepicker.

Does this plugin generate PDF gift cards?

Not in the Lite version. PDF generation is available in the Pro version.

Will it work with my theme?

The plugin is built with standard WooCommerce hooks, so it works with most themes. Minor CSS adjustments may be required for some custom themes.
