I ahd a problem with images and text not showing on products. I sent an email requesting help and it came very quickly. Within 20 minutes Mauro was sorting it out and the problem was solved within another 15 minutes.

I fixed the problem with the text and images: you had two printing areas one inside the other on the product side (they create a hole).

You had another issue: you configured the product to the second sales channel and the product was not opening.

I moved the product to the first sale channel, please disconnect the other one (I see that has the same URL)

So my error resolved in very, quick time. Thank you so much.
