Zaply.me turns your customers into a source of authentic video content.
After an order is completed, the plugin sends a friendly invitation to record a short
vertical video review. When you approve the video, the customer automatically gets a
reward coupon – so more customers record, and you get more UGC for ads, product pages
and social media.

Do I need a Zaply.me account?

Yes. Create one at https://zaply.me – setup takes a few minutes.

Does the customer need to install an app?

No. The video is recorded in the mobile browser.

When is the invitation sent?

After the order reaches “Completed” status and the delay you choose.

Can I choose which videos get a reward?

Yes. The coupon is sent only after you approve the video.

Can I use the videos in ads?

Yes, within the consent the customer gives in your review terms (configured in Zaply.me).

Does it work with my theme?

The plugin works in the background (orders and emails) and does not change your storefront.
