Privacy

This plugin sends your WooCommerce order data (product name, SKU, quantity, value, shipping destination) to api.zentriaflow.com to calculate landed cost. No personally identifiable customer data (name, address, email) is transmitted. See our Privacy Policy.

  1. Upload the zentria-flow-for-woocommerce folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Go to WooCommerce Zentria Flow
  4. Click Connect to Zentria Flow and complete the authorization
  5. Choose your plan (7-day free trial available)
Do I need a Zentria Flow account?

The plugin creates your account automatically during the connect flow. No pre-registration required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new store gets a 7-day free trial. You can install and connect the plugin without a card; a card is required to start the trial, and you won’t be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then and you won’t be billed.

Which countries are covered?

Does it handle Section 301 and Section 122 tariffs for China?

Yes. Zentria Flow automatically stacks MFN + Section 301 + the current Section 122 flat surcharge (10%) for ChinaUS shipments. The Section 122 surcharge is in effect until July 24, 2026 — Zentria Flow models both scenarios (extended vs. lapsed) so you can plan pricing accurately.

What WooCommerce version is required?

WooCommerce 6.0 or higher. The plugin supports both classic orders and the new High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. Go to WooCommerce Zentria Flow Disconnect. This immediately revokes API access and stops all order processing.

Is my data secure?

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 and payments are processed by Stripe. Your WooCommerce consumer key and secret are stored with database encryption-at-rest and are never logged in plaintext. You can revoke access at any time from WooCommerce Zentria Flow Disconnect.
